How to install Microsoft Office 2016 on a laptop

Hey, Today We will talk about on how you can install Microsoft Office 2016 Edition for free on any computer running on Mac, Windows 7, 8, 10.

Nowadays, Microsoft Office doesn’t come pre-installed on laptop or computer either you have to buy it which will cost you a few bucks, if you want you can buy it from here.


install it for free by using this method.

Let’s begin!


First of all, Go to this link and download the zip file. After the download process, extract the zip file in which you will get two folders the Lite version of Office and another one is the normal version of Office.



Open the normal Version of Office folder. Inside the folder, you can see an application named OInstall. Just run that .exe file as administrator.


A new window will pop up.

Now if you have previously installed Microsoft Office on your PC just uninstall it using the Uninstall button and then force remove it.

Now select the Version, packages, and the bit (32bit or 64 bit according to your installed Windows) that you would love to install.

Make sure that Office 2016 option is selected.

After this setup hit the Install Office Button and then set Update Channel to Current Channel and hit Ok.


After that Download process will begin..

It may take few minutes depending on your internet speed, so Sit back and relax.

After the completion of the download process, now again move over to this window and select the Utilities tab (as shown in the above image). In that click on Word button which is available under Start Program section. This will open MS Word as the trail. In MS Word you can see it is asking for activation key that means we have not been cracked it yet. So let’s do that!

Make sure to Close MS Word before the cracking process


It’s better to turn off any Antivirus during the Crack process.

To Activate MS Office fully do these following steps:

Step 1:


First of all, click on Office Retail =>VL button and then after a few minute you will see Completion message like this

Step 2:


After that, click on the second button i.e. Activate Office to finally activate the office.

Step 3: ————————–activating———–

Step 4: After a few minutes, you can see the completion message that means your MS Office is fully activated now!



Now you can see that your MS Word has also fully activated!

During the activation process, you may encounter with a firewall popup window asking for Allow access permission, just allow it if prompted.


Congrats! You have successfully installed MS Office 2016 on your computer.
