You are heading over to the gym and lifting heavy weights every day to get that bigger chest and arms but lifting weights is not enough to build muscles, you need to keep an eye on every part of your health i.e. What you eat, How many hours do you sleep and even including masturbation or sex.

So, when you masturbate you will lose a hormone called Testosterone. Testosterone is the hormone that makes you man and it really plays an important role in building muscles in your body.

Anyway when you masturbate there will be a slight decrease in testosterone throughout the normal level which then your body balance itself out to normal level i.e. first of all your body reproduce the sperm which can take around 24 to 48 hours (1-2 days) and after that your body will start the muscle building and fat loss process.

You are heading over to the gym and coming back to home and ejaculating every day which is not good if you have a goal of muscle building or having a lean muscle body. If you masturbate every single day, your body primary goal will be to produce sperm rather than building muscles, as you ejaculate every day your muscle building or fat loss process will be postponed day by day because you are not giving a chance to your testosterone to build muscle because your testosterone is busy in regenerating sperm and at the end you will never reach your goal of having a big muscles or lean muscular body.

Now you may be wondering how many times should I masturbate or do sex in a week, It’s best to have once or twice a week. In this case, you are giving chance to your body to regenerate sperm as well as focusing on your muscle growth process which is really healthy and perfect.
